NYC’s congestion pricing has set the stage for pedestrian and bike advocates’ dreams to become real, including an east-west protected bike path on 72nd street, protected paths on 3rd Avenue to East Harlem and Broadway to Union Square, and a pedestrian-safer Canal street.
