In this throwback episode, bike lane activists Karin Kroener, Joe Linton, Don Ward, and Josef Bray-Ali had just left a meeting held at Franklin High School in Highland Park. They expressed their frustration at LA’s City Council District 1 representative Gil Cedillo and Chief of Staff Arturo Sanchez for “micromanaging” the meeting, and fighting against the fully funded and approved Figueroa st. bike lane called for in LA’s bike plan.
